AUSTIN, Texas, October 18, 2005 Tennis and more tennis. I played from 9 until about 10:25 with my "older" friends. Casual, change partners after each set, doubles. Then I worked out with a team. Only two things saved me: it wasn't too hot and the workout had "coached team play" at the end. Which is just doubles and really easier than the drills. I did sit around drinking water and reading papers after that, thinking that I played too long. I did a little work on my vacation pictures. Captioning them on SNAPFISH, making a smaller album to show people. It isn't much but it is, |

in a way, a step to getting the journal done because it reminds me of everything I did. I've been editing a few of them for presentation in this space, too. We had a drink with a friend tonight and another gal came along. We met at Fonda and ended up eating there, too. I had corn soup and a spinach salad. But I'd already had apps and queso and beers. I came home stuffed. I can summarize today, really. Too much tennis. Too much food. |
