AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 30, 2004 — Good mood and felt good. Surely this can't last. Surely the holiday season and its excesses will drag me down??

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 29, 2004 — Feeling good but I know that if I don't get back to some real exercise soon it will be all for naught and I'll be sliding, sliding into lassitude and ill health.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 28, 2004 — Feeling good, physically and emotionally.

DALLAS, Texas, Nov. 26 and 27, 2004 — Felt pretty good considering I'm getting very little exercise and eating too much. No complaints.

DALLAS, Texas, Nov. 25, 2004 — Can't complain.

DALLAS, Texas, Nov. 24, 2004 — Just fine.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 23, 2004 — Fine again. Felt good to mail my sister's present. Now all I have to do for the holiday is come up with something for the old parents and FFP and send some money to my nieces.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 22, 2004 — A brief digestive distress with cramping. BurgerTex??

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 21, 2004 — All is well.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 20, 2004 — Physically fine. Felt a little dull mentally toward the end of the day.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 19, 2004 — All goes well.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 18, 2004 — If I felt any better, it would be criminal.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 17, 2004 — A tiny digestive upset, not as bad as I sometimes get. Mood doing pretty well, a little down over lack of accomplishment.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 16, 2004 — Felt fine, physically and emotionally.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 15, 2004 — Even the rainy weather doesn't defeat me when I feel good physically and am in a good mood.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 14, 2004 — Continue to be in a good mood and with excellent physical well-being.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 13, 2004 — I'm just great. It is good to remember being so when things turn on you.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 12, 2004 — Shopping puts me a little out of sorts, but I'm still feeling great physically and in a great mood.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 11, 2004 — I felt a little stuffy and headachy here and there. I actually took a Motrin, I think, something I rarely do. Mood was on the upswing.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 10, 2004 — Felt really good after my workout and in a relatively good mood, too, but I got kind of ditzy with all the computer tasks and coffee in the evening.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 9, 2004 —Computers give me their illness. FFP's computer problems caused me not to work out, not to do anything else but drink coffee and feel down. Silly.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 8, 2004 —Whatever was bothering me...the scratchy throat, the digestive distress before that, it's all gone. I'm in a pretty good mood, too.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 7, 2004 —Felt a little off getting up (early) like I might be going to have a runny nose. Took Echinecea and ate a banana.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 6, 2004 —Feel better. Took Echinecea and drank fluids. More energy. Mood OK.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 5, 2004 — Not exactly sick and not exactly well, I stayed home all day an used a Zicam, took Echinecea and two Comtrex before bed.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 4, 2004 — Still fighting with this dry cough and scratchy throat. In spite of this the nice weather and interesting activities are keeping my mood fairly high.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 3, 2004 — Ah, my stomach is cleared up but my throat feels scratchy and dry. I wouldn't say it hurts but it worries me. I take Echinecea in hopes of fighting it off it it is something.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 2, 2004 — Mood picked up because of cool weather, good workout and I felt better, too. Until late in the evening when I had a real stomach upset.

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 1, 2004 — Pretty fine mood early. Was calm about the on again/off again tennis. Digestion a little off still in the morning and a little bit through the day. Mood tailing off as the day went by, no exercise and no accomplishments.
