I think I can sum
it up this way: I am fitter, I spend more time with family and friens
and I'm am more realistic about what I might accomplish.
The fitness has come
gradually. But I can feel the difference all the same...stronger, lighter,
more flexible, better endurance and almost never ill. Now if I would
just do more abdonminal work and improve on the chest exercises and,
and, and..... Getting fit is not a destination. It's a new lifestyle.
And my diet? Well...that could improve infinitely, I think.
I not even going
to look at the retirement recaps and the resolutions. Maybe next month,
when it's been a full year. Maybe I can accomplish a few things in the
interim. Stranger things have happened.
