AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 21, 2004 —
Did three of these exercises and part of a fourth. Not the same three as the other day so that's something.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 15, 2004 — Did three of five of these exercises; I hope soon to get back to doing an entire routine. Some is better than none is my theory.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 14, 2004 — Did four of this set of eight exercises: reverse curls, leg lifts, lunges, scapular squeezes.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 13, 2004 — Did all but one of these five exercises, but couldn't do full sets of chest stuff.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 12, 2004 — Did one set of assisted chin-ups.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 3, 2004 — Did a couple of exercises with my bands. Walked about three miles, I'd guess.
