back to a routine I need to get back into my routine in a lot of ways. I get a good start on getting back into a routine by going to water aerobics. Dad shows up, too. Says he is getting things in order on his end. I go to the gym after and do thirty minutes on the recumbent bike and my upper body workout. Without a routine, without doing it regularly, exercise is useless. Unfortunately I routinely eat nachos, too. That's not a good routine. FFP suggests we share two frozen Indian food entrees for dinner. He's a pretty good influence on me. So getting back to the routine of eating with him is good. Unfortunately, I sometimes snack later. And drink. He's not responsible for that. Routines are good sometimes. Sometimes you need to bust out of them. Is this journal a bad one or a good one?

I need to do better. Less food and more of it fruits and vegies. I know this.

Spent a couple of hours at the club. Started sorting out stuff in the bedroom including cleaning the top of FFP's closet which hadn't been breached in a long time.

Two Sides of the Beach by Edmund Blandford. Read on bike. Attacked some of the stacks of papers, too.
