these are blooming in the backyard but if I was working I'll bet I wouldn't have known that

priority, time zones, service Suffice to say that I'm tired of dialing help lines. How could priority $29.95 a pop service be open less hours than the regular service. How could a service person not know the time zones? How could a doctor's office tell me a doctor 'never treated your mother' when he signed her death certificate? Tension falls away. In the morning, I take a leisurely sit in the garden, writing, reading the newspaper, staring at things that need doing. But for the mosquitoes and ants and the fact that I had on shorts, I would have stayed out there longer. Friends seem to be contacting us about jobs just now. One guy says he had 'over a million dollars' once. Like I always say...anything under 10 million is chump change and I'm a chump. However, I wonder if he means cash, net worth, the alleged value of unvested options, etc. I am so glad that I don't have to look for gainful employment just now. I may find some, of course, or it may find me. In the evening I have dinner with friends. Keeping up with friends is a full time job. That's a good thing. A very late evening dog walk and a push back in the chair reading newspapers. Life is good.
