the customer I wake up early and I have a dream of a business meeting. I leave to get ready to speak. It's in a hotel. I'm in the lobby. These sculptures or chandeliers overhead are gyrating wildly. Customer meetings are exhilarating. You think, "Yeah, I could do what they want, we could solve their problem." Of course, you have to choose from all the customers' requirements and code and test and document. Is the return on your investment there? Those pesky details of the software life. The day is pretty positive and interesting. The evening finds me reviewing suitcases with SuRu. All three of us go to Fonda for the interior Mexican food to see us through. It's a rah-rah trip and I'm a little depressed about it. But it will be a couple of days with Forrest, away from it all. Right?
