"A kind of mixture of fools and angels -- they rush in and fear to tread at the same time." O. Henry

glut It's a word you see now. Glut of convention space. Maybe soon a glut of houses for sale? A glut of job applicants. People you didn't think had money anyway talking of large losses in the market. More rain today. SuRu and I popped out for a quick taco at lunch. It was raining. Later I left my windowless office and noticed it was sunny. The sun will probably run out before the weekend. That's the forecast. Darn. I stop by the parents. Mom has found a picture album program and printed some of the pictures on her computer. I haven't taught her much but it's interesting what she stumbles on. They enjoy getting e-mails, too. We talk a while and guess the Wheel of Fortune answers. FFP is at a meeting. One of our 'kids' calls and is going to return our video camera and bring an invite to her 30th birthday. I tell her all about our adventures in New York. FFP calls. His meeting went well. So we meet at Zoot and have a nice dinner. FFP soft shell crab and a vegie entreé and me a Caesar salad and a pork chop. A glass of wine each. Home again, I stay up to late shifting from reruns of Law and Order and a showing of Relax....It's Just Sex on one of the movie channels.
