We are up early, very early. We take a short flight to Frankfurt and meet two colleagues who whisk us many miles up the road at a very rapid clip. We are early for our appointment.

We have a good session with the client and stay on the agenda. I think I'm supposed to be the pro from Dover. The client is convinced. Am I? Well, convinced of today's quote anyway.

We check into yet another hotel. The TV is blaring a music channel when I open the door to my room. A voice intones, "I hate you so much." Great customer experience.

We have a meal in an Italian restaurant with the customers and sales guy. Several good discussions emerge over dinner.
