AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 24, 2004 — I skipped two days and then didn't do much today. Must do better!

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 9, 2004 — I hesitate to call it exercise. I did sweat a little, I guess.

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 5, 2004 — I did some of the sets I skipped yesterday and part of the other workout (10 out of 15 sets). This seems to be a pattern, yes?

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 4, 2004 — I did a partial version of this: 18 out of a possible 24 reps to be exact. It's funny, I feel at once completely transformed by the work outs I've done since I retired and, in another way, feel nothing much has changed. I weighed 158 with shorts and T-Shirt and shoes on (and migas in my belly). My weight is up a few pounds, I fear. Sigh.

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 2, 2004 — The tennis wasn't much but when you add the weights and short bike ride, well, maybe it was OK.

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 1, 2004 — I did 6 out of 8 of the leg/biceps series. Must do better!!
